Hi all,

I will be five weeks out in January 10th. I have been in a stall for three weeks now.

My weight prior to opti was 267lbs, then surgery morning 254lbs, and as of today I am 234lbs.

I'm on day 16 of optifast. Things are going okay as far as not being hungry. Im at the point that I'm not missing or desiring food. My issue hasn't necessarily been with food, but with my thyroid, PCOS, and genetics causing excess weight.
