Hi

I've been on Obesity Help for awhile now but have been mainly inactive. I just saw your group and thought it fit me well to join since I really need all the support I can get.

My surgery was 9/11/2017 at 212 lbs, lowest weight 144, c

There are so many bariatric patients in Orange County. I'm part of two groups and I know there are plenty who aren't. Why is this board inactive? Can we somehow promote it?

I am one year post op and my hot flashes have gotten worse. I was already in menopause before surgery but my hot flashes weren't that bad. Now I can not sleep through the night. I wake up several times every night even if I take a sleeping pill!

I'm only 4 months post op and have lost 40 lbs only! I'm on my second stall! I exercise 4-5 times a week, take 60-90 g of Protein, I struggle with getting all my water in, I eat 5 small meals a day, low fat, low carb, and low calorie! and small amounts

Has anyone had a BMI below 40 before surgery?

I'm wondering if I'll get approved since my BMI is 38
