I am really really bummed right now.  I haven't lost as much as I have wanted to and I have been slowly increasing my walking so I could get more exercise.  I haven't been cleared yet for anything more than walking at this point.

I had my surgery on Tuesday and was "released on Wednesday" to go back home.  However, ended up going back to the ER on Wednesday night after I vomited and pain and nausea was 10/10.  Turns out I had swelling in my small intestine and it wasn't letting

The surgeon said everything went very smoothly -- which is awesome.

However,  I am hating this post op pain and nausea.  Yesterday was horrible. I slept pretty much the whole day until I was ale to take some liquid pain killers.  

Today

I know the scale isn't everything, but it is an important measurement.  I'm a very visual person and I thought I'd make something that would help me visualize how far i've come with losing every pound.
