Does anyone have any suggestions for both pre-made and powders for protein that does not contain whey?

To whoever postponed their 2 pm Jan 23rd Surgery at TWH - THANK YOU!!!

The nurse called me today - and actually offered me Dec 20th as a surgery date - as much as I would have loved to - I was not able to - due to work commitments over Christma

So I got my appt today to see Dr Reid in Guelph.

There are a few things that are different from TWH

•  I already have a lap band - that has to be removed - at TWH they were going to remove it, and do the RNY all at the same time <

Well I had my Surgeon Appt last Friday at TWH.

Was told they were not giving out any surgery dates - and they did not know when they would start again - bummer....

Much to my surprise - I received a call on Tuesday from TWH -

So I guess I was one of the lucky ones that didn't get their surgeon appt cancelled and rebooked at TWH.

Having said that - they are not scheduling any surgeries at the moment - and don't know when they will start again - I asked why

Do I have to bring bags to carry my shakes home tomorrow or is that at a different appointment.
