Today I started my 10 Day pre-Op diet. I had this one for breakfast to try it. I did not like this stuff at all. It was like drinking a thick, foamy, pudding that wasn't set. For my second drink I had body fortress chocolate peanut butter protein powder. That was pretty good. I can imagine that making an awesome healthy ice cream... if it was summer.
Now i am eating my veggies and broth. It does not look like much but is actually not to bad. I took a cup of snap peas, mushrooms, and fresh green beans and added about two cups of vegetable broth.
Unfortunatly I gained a few Lb's after thanksgiving. But I am confident that I will lose it again.

09-21-17; weight - 287lb
10-31-17; Measurements; - Belly - 54, Hips - 59, chest - 50, R. Arm - 16, Thigh - 31.5, Neck - 16 3/4)
11-11-17; (weight) - 277 lb
12-09-17; (Current weight) - 281 (yes, went back up after Thanksgiving )
Current Measurements; Belly - 50.5, Hips - 56, chest - 49.5, R. Arm - 16, Thigh - 31.5, Neck - 16.5)
11-21-17; - Insurance Approved Surgery Date of Dec. 20th.
12-07-17; - Hospital called today to go over the do's and don't's
12-09-17; - Pre-Registered for the surgery
