lying in bed reading through posts of upcoming and recent VSG surgeries. What seemed so right for me last week is now scaring me. I thought I was prepared. I have my isopure, prepped my protein jello and broths for week one. Now I feel overwhelmed

After years of Yo-Yo dieting I made the decision to have the VSG. I am scared and excited all rolled into one big ball. I may have lost my mind a little. I have been eating horrible. All the things I know are wrong.
