Hi Sharon: I bought my Isopure at Gnc health stores. I just bought 6 bottles and I only drink about 1/2 a bottle a day that is what I feel I need extra at this point. when I see my surgeon I plan on asking him about howmuch I need to get in a day.I am now getting about 100 grams of protine and feel great and am very active. I have lost 77 lbs since my surgery just 13 weeks ago. I just went to a halloween party and most of the people ther didnt even recognize me and those who did said i was looking amazing.I am now 377 lbs and feeling great. I weighed 516 on Feb. 1. My surgery was July 22, 2002
