Shannon, I hope everything has been going well for you! I've been really sick but we think we have found my problem and it's resolved as of late yesterday. I had a restriction and I had to go back in to get that fixed. I feel better this morning but I'm sore again. Let me know how you are doing. I've been too sick to get on this computer and haven't felt like calling, sorry! Please forgive me for that. I know you must be really dropping the weight by now. You must be feeling much better too! I'm so proud of you! Hang in there!

Hope the ride home wasn't too bumpy.

Shannon, My thoughts and prayers are with you this week. I do have one good suggestion for you since I'm 7 days post-op. Get a good nights sleep the night before your surgery because you will need your rest. My husband and I checked into a hotel close to the hospital around noon the day before my surgery and from about 3pm-ish through the night I slept and boy did that feel good. I know that is what helped me so much! You are going to do just great!!!
