Well wanted to check back in and let everyone know that i am down to 237 or so still losing weight and trying to tone up but have decided that i need to get some skin removed. Does anyone have any advise on getting this done or doc's to recoment in houston? The best part is i have gone from a 66 inch suit to a 48. 64 in the waist to a 38. thanks for the support and hope to hear back from some of you.

one year ago I was 461 pounds today i am a extremely happy 256 pounds. best year of my life.
