It has been one year! I feel great, I am down about 150 lbs, but I really don't weigh myself much anymore. I hit goal a few months ago and have never looked back. It is a new life!

6 months out and down 105 lbs. I feel great. I have so much energy and my attitude is improving each and every day. Thank you Dr. Callery and everyone at Obesity Help and Thinner Times for your help and support. 30 more to go!

It has been one month and I am down 40 Lbs. I just cannot believe the difference it is making in my life. I feel wonderful. Last night we walked on the beach and I felt great. My family is being really supportive and I have found this new love of cooking huge meals. I am not hungry nor am I tempted but I seem to be over cooking. It is a new joke around the house. Current weight is 246.

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
