Happy days are coming! CONGRATULATIONS, you are on your way now. God Bless you on your wls and wl journey. May you have a speedy recovery and No COMPLICATIONS what so ever. Try not to stress yourself out. and go into your wls with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Repeat this: I WANT TO BE A LOSER. over and over. You hang in there and try to stay focused. take care ~*~Hugs~*~

Hi Gary, I just wanted to wish you a success in your weight loss journey. The road you are partaking won't be an easy road, but oh, all will be so worth it!! I know you probably feel right now as if a Mack truck has hit you, but I assure you, all does get better! Just remember to do your walking, many times a day, do your sipping of liquids, and mainly, you need to stay POSITIVE in your thinking! Do not listen to any negatives of this surgery! Keep your mind focused on your goals! And you will reach them shortly! ((((HUGS))) Keep us all informed on how you are doing!
