1/31/2003 - 26wks Post-Op -119 lbs. -10.5 inches of chest and 13 inches off waist. Everything is proceeding as planed. Down to only (1) blood pressure medication and blood pressure is great. Cold weather has slowed down the excersise but looking forward to long walks as soon as it warms. Energy level still high and Dr. Anderson said I should lose another 60 to 80lbs. That will meet my goal and should be ready for a tummy tuck and face lift by Jan 2004. At 55 my skin is not very elastic and is just hanging there.

12/4 - 18wks post-op. I have lost 104lbs. Have a ways to go but so far so good. I am able to eat beef but still have problems with chicken. No dumping but have gotten sick several times trying new foods or taking that one more bite. Not having any problems with hunger or cravings. Got to toss a football around with my grandson and it felt great. Getting started on a walking program. Have a hernia but Doctor said as long as it doesn't cause pain or turn color that they will fix it when I have my tummy tuck. Would like to lose approx. 70 more lbs. Having fun buying new cloths but have to buy only every other size and use suspenders. All in all everything is proceeding better than I could have hoped for.
