Hi Amy, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,

Hey Amy, I just wanted to say Thankyou for posting on my support page and Good luck to you on your surgery day!! My thoughts and prayers are with you!! I'm going on tues the 13th of April and for some reason I'm not nervous at all..but just opening my support page and seeing all the wonderful people who took the time to care, makes me feel like I have these guardian angels all over the country!!! That is such a blessing!!!
