Your weight loss has been great. I know how hard it is to stop obsessing about food. It's constantly there and especially with the children around! You may want to consider talking to a therapist who can help you develop some food coping skills. I keep myself so busy with the children and continually keep my water bottle filled with Crystal Light, that I have little time to think about food. Another small tip...go to the grocery store by yourself, take a notepad and pen, and look at foods that have a good protein content. I then bought stuff I'd never tried before and added some variety to my diet. Right now, I'm so sick of certain foods that I'm looking forward to trying the different proteins this week. Hang in there...you're going to do great.

Sonya, Best wishes to you! You have a great doc. Fabito did my surgery in May and he is wonderful. I'm your neighbor in Mt. Vernon, IL. I wish you a speedy recovery. I'll be praying for you!
