Teresa...I have been reading your profile and understand the depression you went through in the beginning of your surgery. I am glad y ou are doing better. I do hope you will keep posting and continue to let us know how you are doing. Barbara

Hi teresa!! So glad to hear you are feeling better both physically and mentally. I too had surgery on 7/15/02 and have now lost 60lbs. Just today, I went to the store and bought a size 18 and size 15 pants..Who would have thought I was in a size 24 only 4 months ago and pushing into them.Haha!!Not really funny is it??Anyway, I'm taking it one day at a time. Hello Teresa~~~~Blue Bunny makes a sugar free/no fat yogurt made with Splenda that is wonderful. I believe Wal~Mart carries it. Black cherry is my favorite flavor! PEACE

Teresa, I ate the Yoplait Light( Pink lid). It does show it has sugar, but the sugar is from lactose. I did fine on it. This is the one our dietician recommends Tami

Hi Teresa! I was so happy to see your name on the Q&A Board today. I have been thinking about you! My nutritionist said that "buyer's remorse" is very common after the surgery. You are going to get through this! Things will get better for you. I know a woman that is a social worker that has had the surgery, she is in Springfield VA, which I know is a bit of a hike for you. She isn't far from the Metro station here. Please email me if you want more info. I am sure she would love to talk with you. I saw her for my psych evaluation before surgery & I left feeling really wonderful. You are in my thoughts. Hugs,

Hello Teresa~~~I am so glad you didn't have blood clots but I also hope it is not nerve damage. Good luck in finding out what is causing you the problems with your leg. Congratulations on your your surgery and weight loss, love reading your posts. God be with you. PEACE
