Hello there, I had my wls on 12/6/02. And it was the best thing I could of done for myself. as of today I have loss 100lbs. I had no complications. and have been ejoying my journey. DEAREST CARMA, I AM ALSO SCHEDULED FOR RNY ON DEC.2! I WISH I COULD HAVE MET YOU SOONER, I HAVE REALLY NEEDED SOMEONE OTHER THAN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO TALK TO. THEY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE, BUT THEY REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH. THE WAITING, THE NERVOUSNESS, THE THOUGHT OF THIS NEW LIFE. I KNOW HOW EASY IT IS FOR THEM TO NOT THINK OF IT SO SEREOUSLY, BUT THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS THING. SLOT OF RISK GOING ON HERE. Hi Carma, You are on your way!! I know this is a scary and exciting time for you. You are going to do just fine!!! Just think, You are starting a journey that only a few travel. You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!!
