GLENDA~~CONGRATULATIONS ON MAKING IT TO THE LOSING SIDE~~ May Each New Day Find You Feeling Better....There are so many people thinking nice thoughts about you and wishing you a quick, easy recovery......~~EVERYDAY WILL GET BETTER AND BETTER~~
Surgery went well. No complications. Recovery was moe painful than I expected but that is all over and I have lost 40 pounds. Six week checkup I had lost 29 pounds and everything was okay. I am not losing as fast since but it is still about 3 pounds a week
Dr. Stevens and the hospital were great.
Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.
PS. If you check out my web page, be sure to sign the guest book there. Thanks.

Just remember others have been on the road before you, you are not alone and there will be others after you who will seek the same road as you, and you will be there to help them along
Glenda, from one Kansan and fellow JC Liv-Lite patient to another, good luck on your surgery tomorrow! It is such an exciting moment for you and I'm truly happy for you. You will do great and will be in wonderful hands from the docs to the nurses!
To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do, that is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself, to test your limits, that is the courage to succeed.
