I had surgery on May 27th. It has been one week and I am doing great. I feel good and feel my recovery is going quickly. Although, I will admit, I can't wait for the semi-soft stage of food. The liquid for 2 weeks is a little rough. But hey, if this is the roughest time I have, I will be forunate. Thank you Dr. Gorospe and Dr. Kirk, my husband, family and friends. Everyone has been so supportive. Thank you everyone for all your e-mails, they were very encouraging.

Good Luck today, we will be praying for an uneventful surgery. I am also an Okie from Sapulpa so maybe we can communicate back and forth. I am having surgery on June 12th it was suppose to be June 9th but they moved it. I will be checking your profile on your progress. God Bless

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Debra may this journey bring you greater health and healing.. God is so good and I pray that he watches over you and brings you to the other side without harm...
