I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.~*~Hugs~*~

Treasure, God sure is good, as he held you in those times of need. You were able to lean on Him and get through the hard times. He kept you uplifted and he made sure your mom was right there by your side. All of these things are truly blessings not to be taken lightly. Treasure you have a wonderful mother that truly loves you and wants the best for you. Congratulations on making it to the losing side. Your new life will be healthier and happier and so much worth your trials and tribulations for the glory is God's. I am glad that you are on a road to recovery and I pray that it is a speedy one. You and your mom take care and stay prayerful. Blessings to you as you continue on your journey.

Hi, today is August 20, 2003. This is Treasure's mom and angel. I didn't post when she had her surgery (July 29) because she had some complications & I was dealing with that. However, She has been home for a couple of weeks, recovering nicely & has no regrets. Her complications had to do with an unexplained leak that was no where near where instruments touched nor where she was cut or sewn on. Dr. Redmond says it truly baffles him as to how to explain what happened. She had fluid on her lungs, couldn't breathe very well, & was in excruciating pain. She ended up having to have a second surgery 2 days after her wls to find the problem. She was in ICU on a ventilator for a couple of days, & then her recovery went okay. They also discovered she was allergic to morphine. I am mentioning these occurences because I want anyone who reads this to know that not all surgeries go smoothly, but Treasure knows she is still the better for it. She had breathing problems that we know were exaserbated by the mo & would have been much worse if she had waited to do the surgery later in life. I know I am biased, but I am so proud of her. Through all the pain & problems, she still got up to walk, did all her post op stuff as instructed -through pain & tears. She is on the losing side & I praise God for giving her that fighting spirit and getting her through. I thank all of you for your love, well wishes, & prayers. My precious little girl, I am SOOOOOOO very proud of you. Your loving angel, Mom (Lorraine)

In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
