Hello I'm over on the other side now. I had 1 complication. I spiked a fever of 103.6 the second day after surgery. the Dr. came in and looked at the pictures he took of my belly and told me there was no way it was leaking but that he would check anyway. So I went to radiology and started crying because I wasn't sure if I just made the biggest mistake of my life, and one of the nurses came up to me and told me that I just needed to get over the hump and get out of the hospital, and I would be fine. She said she new because she had the surgery with my dr. in December. SO when they found no leaks I was a little better. When I got out of surgery I walked and kept doing leg lifts through the night and moving my arm so that I wouldn't get any clots. Yes I was a bit paranoid. Now I'm home and better and happy. My only thing is that the hospital and the Dr. on call gave me a differant diet to follow than my Dr. I don't know which one to follow. Anyways thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. I really needed it and appreciated more then I can ever tell you. Now I'm going to take a nap. I just got home.

Okay One more day to go. I am enjoying my lovely memorial day with my Fleet kit #3. Do I know how to have a good time or what??? My emaill is not the darajo one it is the schming one at the top of the screen. Thanks so much for thinking of me and for your prayers. I need them, they meen so much. Ok gotta run. my husband will update after the surgery.
