"I had a very thorough meeting with Dr. Ferrari as I came with 80 questions. He is a quiet, unassuming man with a gentle demeanor. He has a structured aftercare program. He explained all the risks thoroughly. Of course I am basing my opinion on meeting him once. I will meet with him again once I am finally approved and have a surgery date.
His staff is very friendly - esp. my counselor, Claudia. She had the surgery and is doing well. He also has a Patient Advocate Group that fights for our rights with the insurance companies.
