Kim (and her Angel) wants to thank everyone for their prayers. Although she is still in ICU she is doing extremely well according to her doctors. There was one mistake a nurse made that could have been serious; she gave Kim a dose of morphine this morning which was against doctors orders! They were not too happy. If Kim continues to do well, Kim will be home in 5 days. Kim's Angel

I am so happy and pleased to report that Kim is out of surgery as of 3:00pm (London time). The surgeon told her husband, David, that she is doing fine and the operation went very well. A bit longer than expected but a text book operation (his words). Needless to say her parents (Angels 1&2) are overjoyed and relieved. We were a bit nervous and being so far away (NC) did not help. I (her Mom)will be arriving in Wales Wednesday to give her support and help Kim during her recovery. Until my next report - Kim's Angel

Hi Kim This is too cool, we share the same first and last name! Kim I pray that angels will stand at the top of your head and at the bottom of your feet with loving arms encircling you. I pray that God's mercy and grace will be with you today and always. Please remember in his word, he said he would never leave us or forsake us. God Be With You.

Have you ever seen the movie: THE WIZARD OF OZ??? Well, soon you will be saying what the wicked witch said when Dorothy threw a bucket of water on her: "I'M MELTING!! I'M MELTING!!!" Those lbs will just melt off of you soon. You will soon be walking down the YELLOW BRICK ROAD to see the WIZARD OF OZ and your sweetest wish will be granted. Congratulations and good luck to you. My husband and I both had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in San Diego in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
