I know as you do there aren't many out of the over 200,000 that post on here. I take the time when I get on here to post on at least 3 pages for up coming posts.Each and every time I'm on this site. Momma angel as Justin has said needs our help. You have touched others beside me. So don't give up we're just rare. I have my surgery this August 13th. Hope you're doing well. But keep up with the posts. They do help. Thank you for being the caring person you are.

Hi Les, Regarding your question about a store to buy real meals :: I found them at "The Vitamin Shoppe". I have not tried them yet, so after you do your samples, let me know what you think about them. Another WLS sister, Linda Alamonte, is a big advocate of that product. I've been using Pro-Cel and UpCal-D purchased from Michelle Curran at www.vitalady.com. I put it in my morning coffee and then my second 'cup for the road' and by the time I get to work, I've completed 30 of the required 60+ grams of protein. Makes the rest of the day easier. Lee, Congrats on making it to the century club!! That is great news!!! How does it feel to have a bmi that is in the overweight catagory. No more obese!! Congratulations again. (6 1/2 months postop - 108.5)
