hi jenny, i am pre op but have heard on here NO caffiene after surgery..it hinders greatly any/all weightloss. can you handle decaf coffee?? i wish you the very best of luck with your journey..have a happy new year.. take care, jeanne/ca.. lap rny 1-16-03.. :> happy,happy day!!

JENNY~~ Here's a site where you can put in your height, starting weight, and % of excess weight loss wanted. It will create a month by month chart for you as to what your weight loss should be. I started out HOPING for 60 or 70% weight loss, but have now found out that even though I was disappointed that I hadn't lost more, I am on track to loose 90% of my excess weight within 12 months. Jenny...I am so glad your surgery went well. I have my surgery on the 26th of August... about a week away! I am so excited! I am ready to join you on ther other side! Tuesday- so glad you are feeling better! and the pounds are coming off! Just be patient with yourself and it will happen. When was the last time you lost 22 pounds in two weeks? You are amazing ! You go girl! Jeff won't be able to keep up with you before long!! Your angel-- Ginny

Hello Jenny, I had my surgery on July 9th and have lost 36lbs. I still feel a bit achy and at times I get the dry heaves. I am very happy that I had the surgery and I would do it all over again. I just wanted to see how you was doing and to wish you all the best.

11am EDT Sat. Angel coming in for a landing!! (umaph) Not very gracfully but down. Just got off the phone with my Angel Jenny. 'Puters down. I was starting to get worried about her. She says that on Tuesday things started to improve and they keep getting better each day. She sounded a lot better too! She goes Wed to get her staples out and her diet advanced and see how much she has lost! Way to go Jen! I am hoping she will be back on the board soon and let you all know how did. 07/30/02 10pmEDT Here's Jenny's angel with an update! Talked to Dear Jenny this evening and maybe she will be able to get to her puter . She is home altho she did make another trip back to the hospital with some complications. I'll let her tell the details. She is struggling with the pain still but she sounded better on the phone than last Saturday. Jenny you take care of yourself and don't over do it hear? I am so proud of you. Next time I see you, I might not recognize my young beautiful Angel! ((HUGS)) Ginny in Circleville
