Marrika, Good luck and best wishes for an easy recovery. Remember to walk, walk, walk. You will feel better much faster. I am 3 weeks out and am doing well. I live in Bastrop but my sister lives in Georgetown. If you ever have a question I'll do my best to answer it as I am a nurse also. My prayers are with you.

Marrika, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. As you know, our profiles provide a lifeline to others embarking on this journey. You never know who you might inspire!

Marrika, May angels guide the hands and hearts of everyone in charge of your care during your wls! be sure to write your specific weight goal down and the date you intend to reach it !! Goals are nothing more than a dream or wandering generality if not written down and commited to !!! stay focused and never give up!!! please post your progress to your profile so we can cheer you on.. your progress is a great inspiration to others on their journeys!!!
