Well it is official 100lbs gone!!! I am a little over 7 1/2 months post-op. Went to see my surgeon yesterday and I am now a member of the Century Club 100lbs gone!!! Most importantly I FEEL GREAT and much healthier. God is Good to me!!!

4 month checkup ... I went to Dr Fichter's office Tuesday and my official 4 month Loss is 73lbs and all my labs are great!! I am in shock I have actually lost that much weight but loving it.I do not have a goal weight but a goal size I want to be at 5 9" a size 10 and be healthy and fit looking so when I get into those comfortably I will consider myself at goal. Tonight I got my size 16 Levi's on so I am making good progress 4 months ago I could pull them up past my knees. So I happy so far. PRAYERS KELLY

I went for my 10 week checkup Tuesday and my official loss is 53lbs HOOORAY!!! I am loving this surgery. I am back to working out at my normal pace 5 days a week have good energy and all my labs are good. Feeling really Blessed right now cause I know God has been good to me. And I am no longer in the Morbid Obese BMI which makes me very happy.

Well I went for my 6 weeks check-up and my official loss is 38lbs. All my blood work was good and I am still having no problems. I have had to change my diet tremendously but I am still amazed at what all I can eat. Bread and sugar are not my friend they mess my belly up but have no trouble with Milk products. I go back in one month for another follow up. Will post after that.

Just posting I am a little over 3 weeks out and doing great, eating what I want with no problems just much less I get really full really quick but eating more than i thought i would be able too. I have lost 25lbs and been back to work since I was 12 days out.
