Hi Vivian, Today is your big day and I am s excited for you. Over the past few weeks we have spent alot of time comforting one another and keeping each others spirits up! I know that having your support and encouragement definately helped me on my big day. Keep positive, and calm. And have peace in the fact that this is not something you have taken lightly. Your on the way to a start of a brand new life. May gods love guide your surgeons hands and may you have a speedy recovery. Your in my thoughts and prayers, please let me know how you are as soon as you are up to it :-) See you on the other side!!!!!

Hi Viv........ Well it's almost your Re-Birthday ! How exciting this time is. I'll be talking to you wed. nite before your surgery on thursday.... but if I haven't said it before. "you'll be fine !" Like you said.....we have a shopping date when we both get to goal. Won't THAT be a fun time ! ! So, as your journey toward healthy and 'skinny' draws near... let me say that I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers and we'll compare notes on the losing side. Hi Vivian, This is going to be the blessing you have been waiting for. It is a great Jump Start to a thinner you. Remember this is only a tool, the first 6 months are fast, the next are sssslllooowwwww, especially as we keep trying new foods. Have a great new life! "New Kid Marie" in the chat room!
