Hang in there Aunt Hell, Everything happens for a reason remember that. Even if we can't see it now.. and think there is no reason for this other then to put me through hell.. there really is a reason for it happening.

Aunt Hell, I just read your profile... what a story! You have more courage than i'll ever have. You've been thru so much, & are still going strong, & doing a revision! Wow... i wish you all the best on your new journey. I just had my open rny on thursday 5-26-55, & i had a few minor complications... & right now, i would not do it again if i had a chance! Maybe in a few weeks my feelings will change. Your courage is stronger than steel! BTW, i also collect dolls too!! I have about 2000 between my apt & my moms!! Best of luck to you..... Mike

Helen, I had my first surgery shortly after you did (JUN'03) and within 6 months I started gaining weight after losing 93 pounds. I had my revision (due to a staple line disruption) JAN'05 and so far so good. The losing is slower with my second surgery but that's okay... I'm losing again! Good luck to you on your journey. I hope they find out what the problem is and can get you fixed as well!
