Kelly, Please accept my deepest sympathies in the loss of your dad. My own dad also died way too young (49) from a massive heart attack. He wasn't obese, but the heart disease he suffered from was the motivating factor in me having my surgery. Take the time to be sad and also time to smile and remember the good times. I don't think a 'girl' ever gets over losing her daddy, but it will get easier to bear. God bless you and your entire family.

Kelly, I just wanted to say that I'm so sorry to hear about your father. Any time we lose a loved one, it's difficult to go on. I'll pray that you are granted the strength to move forward in your life. Also, any time we make a decision to make ourselves healthier or happier, we are making the right decision. Kudos to you for taking charge and changing your life for the better. I hope that you find comfort in your family and friends during this difficult time and always know that your AMOS family has you in their thoughts.
