Amy just wrote back to let me know she is doing great! She had an uneventful procedure on Monday 1/20/03, had to have a blood transfusion while she was in the hospital due to anemia but was discharged on Thursday. She is trying some popsicles, applesauce and sugar-free pudding. She is pretty leary of food at the moment, but will be going back to see the doctor this Wednesday. Congratulations Amy & welcome to the post op club!

I have sent Amy an email and am eagerly waiting her response on her recovery. Wanted to give her some time to rest while in the hospital but will update as soon as I hear!

“Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.” William Jennings Bryan. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you only have one life and one chance to do all the things that you want to do. The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way! May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you!
