Hi All, I just want to thank all of you so much for all of the encouragement you have shown to me. I am sad to say the scales at my moms did not ring true. Far from it. I had my appointment with DR Byrnes last Thursday and weighed in at 333.3. I was very disappointed. Didn't stop to think of how much I had lost already. Relied only on the 'numbers' that were in front of me. I feel bad posting this as I feel I misled others. But the facts are don't count on the numbers. They are what keeps a lot of us from trying any more as they arent going down fast enough. In my previous cases before anyway. Count only on how you feel and what you can accomplish each and every day after surgery. Everyone's weight loss is different. My doctor said that I am right on target. So must be doing something right. I have another 6 months according to him of losing weight. Then it is up to me to lose more. Or gain which ever path I decide to take in my life. Mine will be losing. I want to thank all of you for your kindness and support and the next time I report my weight will be in 3 months after I have yet another appointment with my weight loss doctor. Surly by then there will be cause to celebrate. Just as there is now. I just have to keep telling myself that! Ü 134 pound weight loss is still good for 5 months in my book! Time to move and lose so thanks again for your kindness. God bless all of you. deb
