Oh my goodness Paul! I'm thankful you were not hurt more seriously and are now recovering! Gentle hugs going out to you. I've heard of being figurativly run over by a mack truck, but have never known anyone who actually WAS! ;)

I recently had a minor set-back. I was hit by a Mack truck, driven by a 73 year old man from out of stsae, and my car was totaled. I went into a slight bout of depression, and regained about 30 pounds. I went back up to 355. But in the last three weeks, I have lost 5 pounds, and am now back on track.
