One week to go til the anniversary of my rebirth. I can't believe how much difference a year makes. Yesterday it was one year after I had my pre op appointment. On Thursday, I had my one year nutrition class and that was interesting as well. It is great that they keep monitoring us and helping us to be successful. This morning I weighed myself and I am down to 184lbs. That incredible!!! I now weigh as much as my Dad. His clothes are too big for me now. Good luck to you all and thanks for all your support.

WOW!! Way to go Lawrence!!! I am sooo happy for you and am doing the turkey dance with you!!! And think, you have already lost over 200 lbs!! Man, that is so neat!! I must say I too know how it felt to finally see the under 200 lb. mark on the scale. I thought Man, if I could just see 199, I would be so happy! Now the scale says, 190.4! If only I could see 189!!! LOL Am I never satisfied!! *grin* Good luck to you with thoughts of TT!!

Lawrence: {{{{{{HUGS}}}}} WAY TO GO!!!! I remember the day that I passed the 200 mark. What an awesome feeling. It is like, is this really happening?? Will I get on tomorrow and be back over 200??
