(APRIL 24TH: ANGEL ALERT) WELL BARBARA WENT INTO SERGERY AROUND 11:30AM, ON THE 23RD OF APRIL. I CALLED HER UP AT THE HOSPITAL TODAY, AND SHE SEEMED IN GOOD SPIRITS. SLEPT ALL DAY YESTERDAY, AND WAS STILL TIRED AND VERY SORE TODAY. LIKES HER ICE CHIPS. BARBARA IS NOW ON THE OTHER SIDE, BARBARA, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU, YOU DID ITTTTTTTTT. Barbara, Just wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you. I had wls with Dr. DiMarco in november. He is a great person. Just remember that everyday you will feel better and become stronger. Those first couple days are not fun but you will get better. Just think how much fun it will be to go shopping in a normal size store. Best wishes.

Barbara, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine four months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
