Debbie; Good luck on your surgery on Thursday... we are "twinkies" as I will be having my surgery the same day. I had my consult with the surgeon last Friday, did all my pre-op stuff that day... was originally given a date of August 1st (I go to school full-time, so was trying to get in early)... Anyway... it got moved up. Are you nervous? I am... even with all the preparation I have done! Take care and see you on the lighter side!

Debbie~I wish you the best with your surgery this week.12 weeks and over 50 lbs later I can definately say this is the greatest thing I have ever done for myself.Keep us posted on your progress. God Bless~Kim

I had my second appointment with Dr. Colberg and I still think he's wonderful had all my preop testing done and scheduled a date of July 26! I am very excited and scared but thanks to the support of so many I feel real good about this surgery. I also have been APPROVED!!!!!!!!! I got a letter directly from my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. So I am on my way!
