Hey Nancy !! Congrats !!!! 44 lbs is AWESOME!!! Don't be discouraged. It is 44 lbs less to worry about. It is a whole dress size smaller ! And 2 (awesome!!) pants size smaller!! Keep in touch with Arlene , your nutritionist and Cathy, the bariatric coordinator and they will have LOT's of ideas to keep you movin' and groovin' !! I am very PROUD of ALL oyur success so far !!!!!!!

Hi everyone! I'm eight weeks post op today and have lost 44lbs. and am down1 dress size and 2 pants sizes! I'm still having some issues with drinking enough water (I want to drink not sip!), but I'm trying. I was really hoping for more weight loss by now, but I'm just going to hang in there and keep exercising, eating right (and drinking) and visiting you all at OH.com! Thanks for being there.
