Hi Cindi, I just want to applaud you on your decision. If you or I , or others here as far as that goes, could have done it through diet alone, we would have ages ago. Gee, I wonder why we never thought of that.( Ha Ha). I had my surgery Feb. 7th, and I am healthier and happier than I have every been. Good luck on your upcoming surgery and best wishes for a speedy recovery. And if your family won't support you find a support group. Carin
