Yes, I lost 100 lbs and have kept it off, give or take a few lbs for 11 years.
It takes confidence and lots of excercise but do it!
Two days to my surgery for lapband. Some blogs say to go liquid prior to surgery
my surgeom asks for just one day of clear liquied. I hope that works out OK since I had my last supper tonight in a big way. Am I prepared mentally? I really don't know
but since I am going to hold my nose and jump I won't have a choice. I am finally going to do it.
