It is a week since my last weigh in and blog post. Today is 377.6 giving a 4.8 difference from last week and that is almost 5 lbs! Yay me! What was different this last week? Replaced white bread with whole wheat bread and added light yogurt everyday. I am keeping hydrated, too. I had a very heavy menstral cycle after none for a couple months but once I recovered from that I started to move more. I started to spring clean my bathroom and it took several divided tasks to do. It feels good to do something myself even though I am sore... you know the good kind of sore? LoL Writing this blog helps, too!

 

NOTE: This post accidently overwritten the post for for April 18. This post was for April 25th. I will rewrite my returning story from memory if possible.
