Embarassment got the best of me. I had bounced between 370 and 380 for too long and now I am going down again. The past two weeks I have lost 2 pounds each week so I feel I am back on track and broke through this plateau. My current weight is 378. I am being more open to friends and family about my desires and goals and my weight and i think that heps too. My husband is a good suport but then I feel at times he forgets and brings home candy or sweets and if I am in the house long periods the temptation is greater to eat those. I did a few things toward my goals recently. I ordered some clothes. I have no new clothes in a long time. I got some pants and tops from woman within online.  They are loose and comfortable since I need larger size tops to compensate for hanging skin on upper arms. I also miss blogging and know it is a good tool in my journey but I have joined quite a few support groups on facebook since they are more  and more popular and I read alot and post comments as needed. I like to suppor those going in surgery and give praise to those who lose post op or on their own. I find premier protein products work good for me and the greek yogurt too. I watch what I eat and also have to keep watch on sugar now because the obesity is taking its toll on me and I come from a diabetic family, too.I also need dentures soon and its on my long list of goals aswell as getting hair cut cuase its so long. I noticed alot of greya nd think its timei treat myself to some hair color cause i am not 50 yet and has alot fo grey but maybe it shows up more on dark hair. LOL Thtese positive things to look forward to like a manicure even though I keep nails short to type alot. <3 I will try to blog more. <3
