Hey all! I haven't been on here in quite a while, but since I hit a huge milestone today I felt I needed to stop by and share!

Scale hit 199 lbs today!! I am so excited to be where I am right now. Even after having surgery in Feb I had trouble

So yesterday I threw up for the first time since surgery. I think I was eating too fast (was at work and trying to squeeze lunch in to a busy night on an OB floor) I will not make that mistake again!!

However, ever since then I have not felt so

Surgeon said everything went well, there was lots of scar tissue to clean up from my lap band erosion but he was able to make a nice straight sleeve.

Starting to get some pre-surgery jitters but this isn't my first time so it helps that I know what to expect.

What were your staples for your liquid phase after surgery? I have surgery next Monday and want to make sure I have what I need in the house so I don't have to venture to the store after having surgery. 

I'm stocked up on protein and sugar free

So my liquid preop diet started yesterday. I can have 4-5 protein shakes a day and 2-3 fruit/green vegetable servings a day. And of course my 64 oz of water! 

Yesterday seemed easy, but I was at a conference all day so I was pretty occupied. To

Hey all!!

Just wanted to drop in and catch up on everyone's progress! I had to take a break because seeing everyone doing so great was getting me down while I was still waiting around lol.

Also do you think nights has impacted your progress at all? Always have felt it's been harder for me to lose weight working

So I am moving along with all my pre op requirements, but I just feel like it's taking so long!! Was hoping surgery would end up being before the year was over but with how things are going I'm thinking it won't be till after the first of the year. I

So I saw my surgeon today and got the green light to start all my pre-op requirements! 

I'm so excited! I've already made 3 out of the 4 appointments I need. And I have to lose 5 lbs before I go back to see him again!

I had lap band in 2008 and made the huge mistake of just getting a big tub of what my doc told me to get without trying it
