Anyone have a chart or rough idea how many calories one should be ingesting post op? I am 7.5 months post op sleeve gastrectomy.. I am waiting an email back from my dietician.. but was just curious. I know it goes by 'weight' but even a rough estimate

Hey Everyone,

Sleeve Surgery was Nov 21, 2017 - and I am still having to take my PPI for my gastric juices.. anyone know if this ever ends? It has subsided somewhat, and I am at a point where I don't take it every day - but I can still feel tho

I had my sleeve done on Nov 21st and I am starting to experience what I think are hunger pains.. but I am not so sure because there is a discomfort there no matter what I do .. even eating it doesnt get too much better.
My protein intake is where

Anyone out there try drinking Collagen?
I am particularily interested in Vital Protein Marine Collagen..

Any feedback would be good.
