WALKING...

I started a walking biking regimine on Oct 13th & I walk 1 - 1 1/2 miles sometimes even run a little & I enjoy it very much, I start when it is still dawn & the air if fresh & crisp, put on my mp3 with fast upbeat music & it drives me! I finish so happy & not exhausted at all thanks to the good lord!

I then go home & continue on the stationary bike where I am for 2-6 1/2 miles...

I started this daily regimine because the weight loss has stopped, I am 8 mos out & don't know why it has stopped but I can guess it is because I dont drink enough water for one & two, eating little, somedays I can consume more than other days but I was drinking only 1 protein shake under 30 grams & not much natural protein (from meat/cheese/eggs).

I was told I have lost too much muscle, I think it is because I can no longer swim as it is too cold outside for that & my muscle mass has soften, I have lost over 100lbs & stuck there!!!

I am walking to build muscle mass & drinking 60-90 grams of protein but I am realy scared this tool is not going to work for me anymore, I try not to stress as inches are coming off but it has been almost 2 mos. @ same weight, it does fluctuate 6 lbs or so but surgeon says it is muscle weight, ha!

any suggestions out there? has anyone plateaued this long? I have tried everything to pull myself out of plateau but it has only been 2 wks I have been walking/biking, please pray all this kicks in soon because I dont want to give up nor get depressed & stay @ this weight!
