Busy Busy Busy...

wow I have been greatly busy lately & haven't been able to be on here! I am happy the weight loss is slowly continuing but it gets scary as I can eat a bit more & even fried foods & sweets but I know when to stop! cumpulsive eating has never been a problem it was the coke & food choices.

I have been making holiday tamales but very happy that I cant eat more than 1 & that they are not being made with pork lard oil & I even made veggie tamales that have been a great hit. I make this for family consumption, gifts & as our bread winner, we are still @ zero income & it has helped us get by...
