I stumbled across protein shakes made by FairLife, called Core Power. And they are probably the best pre-packaged protein shakes I've ever had. So far, I've only been able to find them at Wegman's.

I'll be 2 months out from my DS revision on 4/1. I haven't lost a single pound in almost 2 weeks. Is this normal?

For those of you that have been prescribed Vyvanse for binge eating disorder, has it helped? What were the side effects? I'm thinking of asking my surgeon about it. And since I have a DS, Im wondering how my body will react to it.
