Thank God for good days

I am 26 days post op. I have been recovering very well. I am very thankful because I understand that it's not everyone's experience. I had some serious constipation issues last week when I started eating regular foods. I spent $75 at CVS in the laxative isle trying to resolve it on my own. I got smart really quick after nothing was moving and called my doctor. He told me to take stool softeners twice a day plus Miralax twice a day and suppositories for instant relief if needed. Well let me tell you it worked! I am so relieved that my system seems to be back to normal. I pray things continue to go well. I can only take it one day at a time. I am not having any GERD issues at all. Just wanted to update those following me. You can do this.
