Obesity is a fight and you my dear need to be congratulated for standing up and fighting back against this deadly disease. Surgery is just the beginning. The tool you are about to receive is such a gift and must be respected. This is a journey. You should savor every moment. The good and the bad. On the bad days, remember that you always get a do over, it is called tomorrow... and the good days, look in the mirror and congratulate yourself. From now on this will be all about YOU. Everything you do will be to keep YOU alive... and in the end it will be YOU that looks at everyone and proudly stands up and shouts, “I WON THE FIGHT " Obesity kills thousand , but you will not be one that is counted . Take each day one day at a time, remember to love yourself and dream big .Believe... Believe in you and see all that you will achieve. Best wishes; know I am here for you. Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
