"General impression was that he was straightforward, comforting but not condescending. He answered my questions both efficiently but with depth. The appointment was very short - I was given a full packet of info to take home, read and sign as well as a booklet about the specific procedure he was going to do. He more often performs the open procedure - but stated he was very comfortable doing the lap procedure to assure my quick retun to work.
