Revision :(

OH i haven’t posted in a while but just wanted to let everyone know that i have received word from United Healthcare with approval for my revision to my RNY.  I have gained back 45 pounds.  I had some severe issues last year with my gallbladder which led to some other issues.  My pouch is still the same size but my connection has widened.  I also have a piece of intestine that somehow has moved up beside my pouch.  The surgeon says that even food is leaving my pouch quickly or going into this piece of intestine and it’s no telling how long it’s staying in there.  Crazy crazy!  My original surgeon Dr. Kellum has retired so Dr. Demaria will be performing the revision.  I will keep everyone posted on the date.  I am looking forward to getting back on track.
