Beverly, I too had a hard time with protein drinks. My surgeon suggested Amino Acids 2222 it is fruit flavored I mix 4 tablespoons into a 32 oz. container of sugar free Koolaid and trust me you can't taste it as a matter of fact if I miss doing this more than one day I will become completly exhausted. It is amazing how much better I feel when I am using this product. I buy it at the GNC store a jar last me a month and the cost is about 22.00 Give it a try. GNC has a buy back policy too if you don't like a product they buy it back just have to have receipt. Good luck!

Congrats on the lose, I know how excited I was because I lost that much on my first visit after surgery and I couldn't believe it. I had my surgery on Feb 25th 2003 so I am only three weeks out I have next appointment on the 20th and I really can't wait. I look forward to your post on the message to see how you are doing.
